An exclusive corner on Creative Memory's website that contains debate, direct engagement and criticism that seek to evaluate the degree to which initiatives, topics, events or actions related to the Syrian revolution has impacted or represented the public sphere. These include a book launch, a solidarity initiative, an awareness-raising and advocacy campaign, a festival, a work of art, the production of a film or a play, etc. With this attempt in mind, the action in question or the actors involved in it are selected, and they along with samples of their work are presented.
The first phase of this corner was limited to thirteen interviews, which will be resumed periodically.
We deem it extremely valuable for us to engage in such a dialogue-oriented experience that can, however sensitive, bring us closer to freer discussions that are only restricted by the fundamental principles of free speech and professionalism.
